Welcome to Lafayette Kayak Fishing- A site dedicated to kayak flyfishing and traditional baitcasting anglers in Louisiana and beyond.  We offer a community to learn when, where and how to safely kayak fish for redfish, speckled trout, flounder, bass, panfish and other species.  The club’s objectives are simple-  gather frequently for kayak fishing meetings and outings, and to promote the sport of kayak fishing.

The club offers numerous day trips every month, led by veteran members who know each area.  Meetings are the 3rd Tue of each month at Pack & Paddle on Pinhook @ 6PM.  Register to access our online forum where we plan trips, talk fishing, exchange ideas, kayak rigging and of course, to hook up to fish.
