OVERVIEW
As the title states,  "Go-Anywhere" is a statewide event with weigh-in at Pack and Paddle in Lafayette. The Heaviest Stringer rewards cash payouts.

The Heavy Stringer includes the combined weight of up to 3 species- Redfish, Trout and Flounder. Catch all 3 and have 2 bonus lbs added to your weight. Participants may launch anywhere along the LA coast Saturday morning to bag their fish.  Join up with fellow anglers at the weigh-in and post-tourney gathering at Pack and Paddle .  Free beer and food at the weigh-in.

EVENT RULES 
This event follows the club's general rules (read here) plus the following rules:  

1. ENTRY: $25 (+ $1.25 via PayPal) 
2. REGISTER: Open to public until Fri May 25 at 11:59 PM.
3. LEGAL LAUNCH TIME: 5:30 a.m. (you may sit in kayak/in water, but not depart until 5:30 a.m.) 
4. LAUNCH BOUNDARIES: LA Gulf Coast, Public Access Only
5. ACCEPTED TACKLE: Artificial Lures Only
6. FISHING TIME: 5:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
7. SIGN-IN: Anglers must sign-in between 4-5 p.m.at Pack and Paddle, 601 E. Pinhook Rd Lafayette, LA  70501.  Arriving after 5 p.m. = DQ. 
8. WEIGH-IN: Begins at 5 PM.  Signed-In anglers will be called to the scale randomly.  No culling at the weigh table.  Have your fish ready to weigh when called upon. 
9. PAYOUTS:  Each event pays top winners.  <40 anglers pays top 3 @ 50/30/20%.  >40 pays top 5.   
10. POINTS: Series Points System applies to Heavy Stringer
    
11. LEGAL STRINGER
    
    Heavy Stringer: Is calculated by the total weight of up to 3 species: Redfish 16-27" Only / Speckled Trout 12" minimum / Flounder 12" minimum.  Only 1 max of each species as part of your stringer.  Anglers who weigh all 3 species are rewarded with a 2# bonus added to their weight.  Anglers who weigh less than 3 do not receive the bonus.  Here are 2 examples:
    
    Example #1:
    1) REDFISH: 3#. 
    1) SPECKLED TROUT: 4#. 
    1) FLOUNDER- 1#
    Total Weight: 3+4+1+2# Bonus= 10#
    
    Example #2
    1) REDFISH: 7#
    1) SPECKLED TROUT (or Flounder): 5#
    Total Weight=12#
